Choosing the predefined design-templates for editing and production.


The purchaser logs in to his own customer-environment over your website. New collegues of these company must inscribe themselfes in this environment.


After login the purchaser chooses the wanted preconditioned template to edit.For each product like business-cards or writing examples there are predefined dynamic templates to choose.

Editing the templates.


The purchaser inputs in the template-placeholders the wanted individual content like typing or pictures.in case of a business-card template he inputs his contact informations.

Delivering of the high end printfile / direkt debiting or invoicing


After the proof and final order by the purchaser and order-clearing by the administrator the printfile arrives an the printer.


The delivering of the printfile could happened via e-mail, FILEBOX entry or with a networktransfer by dint of a programmed interface direct to the internal workflow.


General informations like the adress for dispatch, production informations, etc. will be also transferred.

Automated workflow options


With an installation of the DTPBOX modules on an local installed FILEBOXlocal server it is possible to implement the functionality in your existing local digital workflow, rips, management information systems or ressource planning systems.
