"I like the fact that the customers are compelled to fill out certain fields. By doing this, we receive the customer?s details which are often missing. Of course, this saves us time when data is transferred efficiently."
Which transfer method do your customers predominantly use?
"They use the web-upload form. Our customers do not have to burn CDs and save money on courier costs which obviously goes down well. And a satisfied customer is what everyone strives for!"
How have your customers reacted to FILEBOX?s data transfer /data receiving options?
"At first they are impressed, then a little unsure about everything they have to fill out, after that, they are relieved that they only have to fill out e.g. the address field just once and not every time. It annoys them a little, however, that depending on the amount of data, it can take a while to send."
How would you assess the support in the case of problems with FILEBOX?
"Concerning the amount of help with the introduction of the product, I feel very well looked after. I am the sort of person that simply wants technology to work. As a user, I let other people implement technical solutions and that is why I feel particularly happy about the level of support."
